A wonderful family home with a private room on the first floor. The rest of the family is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This is a family of 5. This is a 2-story house. It has two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

1) no smoking in the house or within the premises.

2) keep the private room clean.

3) keep the bathroom clean.
4) keep kitchen clean every time yo(URL HIDDEN) use.
5) do not take showers late at night
(considered late is past 10:00pm)

6) the laundry on the premises are only for family only. We have another laundry room in the back of the front house. All guest can use it . its available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Metro bus route 45 is around our corner and gets you to downtown Los Angeles with no problem. The freeways 5,10, and 110 are readily accessible in our neighborhood.

The neighborhood is very convenient to people who want to be as close to downtown Los Angeles without hassling with parking lots fees. The street parking here is free and no need for street permits.
