Guests can sign up and register using the social media login, or email id. Only during the sign up, guests are restricted on age and are required to be above 18 years of age.
To use the website and to do any booking and notifications, it is mandatory to get at least email or phone number verified. To get notifications and updates is it preferable to verify at least one verification.
Guest can search the listings by using name of location/place.
In popular listing, guests can see the featured and most preferred listings.
Once the guest becomes a host and lists either the property or experience, it will be displayed under the my listings tab under dashboard.
Guests can change the language of the site from the list of languages available in the drop-down list. Guests can find the language preference at the bottom of the site.
Guests are allowed to contact the host only when the bookings are made or when the guest need to contact the host for request to book.
No guests are allowed to contact the host before booking the property.
Guests can mark their favorite listings and book it later using the wishlist option. Instead of going through the hazeel of finding a suitable listing once again, guest can add the listings to the wishlist.
Once guests book the property, they can review the listings before the check-out period ends. Once the check-out date is over, the bookings are moved to the past reservations.
When a guest invites his friends, the guest and also the referred person will get a credit amount which will be added to their wallet amount. The amount will be credited to both when the referred friend makes their first booking. Dashboard--->Invite Guests can invite their friends by either sharing the email address or entering their friend’s email address.
Guests can easily delete their account through: Dashboard--->Account--->Settings--->Cancel Accounts
Once the guest deactivated the account, to reinstate the account once again, the guest needs to give intimation via email and admin of the site will reinstate the account.
Instant Book: Through the instant book, guests can book the book any listings immediately after paying the amount and confirming the listing. The host will be notified about the bookings once the guests book the listings. It is up to the host to accept bookings or reject it. Request to Pay: If the guest selects the Request to pay option or if any listings have only Request to pay option, guests will need to wait for the host’s approval. Only when the host approves the booking, guests can have confirmation on their bookings.
There are three different types of payment options - PayPal, Stripe, and Net banking.
2-4 days. Once after the admin deducts the refund amount, the balance amount will be refunded. Dashboard---->Account---->Payout Preference Guests have to enter at least one payment method for refunds to be processed.
Once after booking, all the upcoming trips will be shown under My Trips. Guests can cancel their trips by clicking on the Cancel option. Dashboard---->My Trips---->Cancel (Payment status)
Cancellation is allowed based on the policy set by the admin of the website.
For example: Cancellation policy set by the admin is 1 day before the check-in date. Suppose a guest has check-in date for 5th of June 2019, they are eligible for cancellation till 3rd June 2019.
If any wallet or coupon codes are used while booking, guests can’t cancel those bookings and neither will receive the wallet and coupon codes as a refund.
