Once the booking is made by the guest, they can send host a message. Host will receive notifications for every booking made. Host will also receive a notification if the booking is made Request to Book. In request to book option, host can either accept the booking or reject it and can contact the guest.


 

Anyone who has registered with the website can host their listings (Property/Experience). Both the Hosts and Guests to create an account with the website should be above 18 years of age.

Every host and guests need to provide their payment account details. In case of any refund and cancellation, the payments will be transferred to the payment details added by the host or guest.

You cannot specify the gender or age when hosting any listing. However, a host can always restrict the age and gender or any other specifications which a guest should know under the house rules.


No. The exact listing address for both the property and experience will not be visible to all the users of the website. Only the guests who have booked the listings can check the address.

In order to delete the listing from website, host has to request the admin to delete the listing. Admin will unpublish the listing from their end. Once the listing is unpublished, the listing will not be showed in the website.

Yes. It is mandatory to upload at least one picture of your listing.


As a host, it is important to get a 5-star rating from your guests which will help you in gaining confidence as a host and also will increase the visibility of your listings. The tips can never end, but here are a few important tips you should know before you become a host.

  • Be active to respond to your guests. It is essential to quickly respond to your guests without making them wait. Your response rate will be measured by your guests to give you ratings.

  • Accept the reservation requests for the dates you will be able to accommodate your guests. Always provide prompt calendar for the guests to know a clear understanding about the dates your listing will be available. This will help in reducing unnecessary cancellations.

  • Provide basic amenities for the guests like toiletries. Make sure your listing is as clean as possible and as new as possible where all the amenities are available and also operational.

  • Let the guests know a little more about your listings through the photos. Always upload the photos which match the description of your listings. Avoid adding a different photo than what you have described.

  • It is always a good gesture to support your guests during their stay and get that 5-star rating. Inform your guests in advance if they need to be cautious about anything to stay in your listing.

The cost is determined by - Service fees, Security Deposit and Per Night guest Fees.

Service fees is fixed by the admin for their commission, security deposit and per night guest fees are fixed by the host.

All the payments which the guests make are transferred directly to the admin. After deducting admin’s commission, the balance amount will be transferred to the host. Payments will be received once check-in date starts.


Wallet and the coupon amount are entirely borne by the admin.


As a host, you can cancel the booking without getting charged by rejecting the booking, number of days before allowed by the admin.

Host will be charged for the cancellation only when the cancellation is done beyond the cancellation period.

Host cannot cancel the account permanently. However, cancelling the account will disable all the listings of the host.
